My Story
I'm Charlene, the creator behind Passion, Purpose & Peonies. This blog started as a way to document my own personal growth and exploration of passions. Over time, it has evolved into a community where we can connect, share ideas, and inspire each other to live more fulfilling lives. I am passionate about my faith, wellness, & healthy living and I hope to inspire you to discover and nurture your own passions.

Why Peonies?
Peonies symbolize beauty, romance, prosperity, and good fortune. These stunning flowers represent everything I hope to cultivate in my own life and share through this blog. Just like the peony, I believe in embracing the beauty around us, nurturing meaningful connections, and striving for growth and abundance in all areas of life.

This is where we chat about topics like thyroid disorders, including Hashimotos, other auto immune conditions, hormone regulation, digestion, immune system, & much more.
I am not a Doctor or Health Professional, these are only recommended (or suggested) supplements that may help symptoms of your condition if you happen to have Hypothyroidism, Hashimotos or similar Auto Immune Condition - or maybe you're dealing with Peri or Post Menopause. These supplements may help increase energy, decrease inflammation & help get those Antibodies & other markers where they should be. These are supplements that I have used or are still currently using, and found them helpful.
My suggestions are as follows:

- Berberine (helps balance blood sugar)
- Vitamin D3 & K2 ( good for your immune system & overall wellness)
- Digestive Enzymes (help break down fats & proteins)
- Vitamin B Complex (energy & mental health)
- Adaptogens (helps us manage our stress)
