Passion, Purpose & Peonies: About Me
Welcome to Passion, Purpose & Peonies, a space dedicated to exploring the beauty of everyday life, the power of intention, and the simple elegance of peonies. This blog is a personal project, a place where I share my thoughts, experiences, and inspirations with you. Thank you for joining me on this journey.

My Story
I'm Charlene, the creator behind Passion, Purpose & Peonies. This blog started as a way to document my own personal growth and exploration of passions. Over time, it has evolved into a community where we can connect, share ideas, and inspire each other to live more fulfilling lives. I am passionate about my faith, wellness, & healthy living and I hope to inspire you to discover and nurture your own passions.

Why Peonies?
Peonies symbolize beauty, romance, prosperity, and good fortune. These stunning flowers represent everything I hope to cultivate in my own life and share through this blog. Just like the peony, I believe in embracing the beauty around us, nurturing meaningful connections, and striving for growth and abundance in all areas of life.

Health & Wellness Corner

This is where we chat about topics like thyroid disorders, including Hashimotos, other auto immune conditions, hormone regulation, digestion, immune system, & much more.
==================
I am passionate about wellness. Who doesn't want to look & feel their best... even in Perimenopause, Menopause or beyond? I don't think its ever too late, or we're ever too old to care for ourselves & those around us. We should always be finding ways to be better & do better... I don't think any of us have "Arrived" yet... and we may not, on this side of Heaven, but we can sure try to do our best.
Our Immune systems may need a little extra boost in the winter months. Healing herbs like Echinacea, Elderberry, Ginger, Peppermint, & Lemongrass. You may also want to try adaptogenic herbs like Ashwagandha, Astragalus, Rhodiola, Holy Basil, Shisandra Berry & Mushrooms (Reishi, Turkeytail), to help your body & mind cope with stress, fatigue & brain fog. Bone Broth is always good at any time, but especially beneficial in the winter - easy on the gut, warming & healing.
***I'd be happy to recommend certain brands that I've tried, & best places to get them - if you're interested, please message me.
